| 摘 要： | 地理信息数据处于动态变化之中,传统的地理信息数据采集方式由少量专业单位组织,耗时长、效率低,难以满足数据的快速采集和及时更新要求。本文介绍了基于Web平台的志愿者地名地址数据采集方案,由志愿者提交地名地址数据的网站和数据库,利用互联网的高效、开放、共享等特点,实现对海量地理数据的快速采集和更新,是一种高效低廉的地理信息数据采集方式,每个用户既是地理信息的使用者,也是地理信息的提供者,可长期低成本维持地理信息数据的现势性。

| Abstract: | Geographic information data is changed dynamically day by day.Traditional geographic information data collecting organized by a small amount of professional departments,will take a long time with low efficiency.It is difficult to meet the speed demand for data collecting and updating.A geographic information data acquisition scheme based on WEB platform is introduced.The method of place names and address data collected by some volunteers is one of the main schemes.The data collecting system is designed for volunteers to submit their data through the Internet,and finally store the data into a database.The system makes full use of the Internet characteristics such as high efficiency,openness,sharing,and realizes the vast geographic data collecting and updating quickly.The system makes each user become not only geographic information user,but also geographic information provider.It is an effective and cheap way to collect geographic information data. |
