| 摘 要： | 研究目的:"三旧"改造项目改造后效益评价是对改造后的项目进行有效性、合理性、节地率等方面的定量化评价。研究方法:通过评价指标及权重录入、评价模型建立、评价结果展示输出,建立评价数学模型。研究结果:建立"三旧"改造项目改造效益评价体系研究,对部分已完成改造项目进行效益评价。研究结论:构建了"三旧"改造效益评价指标体系和评价方法,分析"三旧"改造效益,对改造后的项目进行有效性、合理性、节地率等方面的定量化评价,给政府部门决策提供有效的参考信息。

| Abstract: | Research purposes: "three old" after the revamping project benefit evaluation is the project of modified validity,rationality and Jiedelv quantitative evaluation.Research methods: by means of the evaluation index weights and entry,evaluation model is established in this paper,the evaluation results show output,and evaluation mathematical model is established.The results of the study: to establish the "three old" revamping project benefit evaluation system of research,for part of the renovation project of benefit evaluation has been completed.Research conclusions: building the "three old" transformation efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation method,analysis of the "three old" transformation efficiency,effectiveness and rationality of modified project,Jiedelv quantitative evaluation,provide effective reference for government decision-making information. |
