| 摘 要： | 本文就具有河再生性质的矿产资源实现可持续发展战略所面临的困难进行了探讨，并具体分析了目前我国矿产资源开发利用中存在的主要问题，在些基础上，提出了我国矿产资源在２１世纪实现可持续开发利用战略目标所应采取的几个主要对策。

| Abstract: | To be confronted with difficulties for bringing into effect the strategy of sustainable development on the unregenerative mineral resources is discussed in this paper. The present key problem on the development and utilization of China's mineral resources are also analysed, on the basis of these, some countermeasures for the sustainable development and utilization strategy of China's mineral resources in the 21th century are proposed. |
