摘    要:金刚石的微区显微红外光谱分析表明:金刚石的形成是一个结晶物化条件变异,原始物质变换的复杂而又漫长的过程;杂质N、H等在其中的分布不均匀;同一晶体的中心部位其氮聚合态的转变时间与边缘相差约602Ma;金刚石中的成键氢以对应-CH3的C-H键形式存在要比对应于>C=CH2的C-H键形式存在更为广泛。利用红外光谱研究晶化固态物质必须强调定向及微区研究的意义。

Abstract:The results from micro area analysis of diamond by micro FTIR spectrometry show that the formation of diamond is a long and complicated process. During this process the physical and chemical conditions of crystallization and the crude ingredient of the mantle are varying. The distribution of impurities (N, H etc) in diamond is inhomogeneous. From the center to the rim of the diamond there are differences in nitrogen content and types of nitrogen aggregation. The time transformed from A nitrogen aggregation to B nitrogen aggregation in the center and in the rim in same crystal has a 602 Ma year difference. In diamond the bonded hydrogen (C-H) is more common in the form of -CH 3 than in the form of >C=CH 2.The orientation and micro area studies are very important in study of crystallized solid by FTIR.
