| 摘 要： | 信息时代的地图集编制无论在理论上还是在实践上都有着巨大的创新空间。区域地图集旨在反映区域的主要特征,为区域研究和决策提供依据。在区域性综合地图集的设计中,我们把区域可持续发展的观念作为切入点,运用综合制图的概念对区域相关数据进行信息重组和数据挖掘,从而体现现代地图功能飘移的思路。同时应用数字地图集编制系统,为地图集数据的更新,多方利用创造条件。

| Abstract: | The atlas compilation has a large innovation space in the information times, whether in theory or in practice. The major idea of it is to reflect characteristic of the region, providing government decision-making and studying it for researchers.Today, the designers can design the atlas using technology of data mining and recombining with sustainable development viewpoint.This paper puts forward a new concept on "Sustainable Development Atlas of Jiangsu Province", such as new thread of thought in design, in compilation, and in technology.New thought in design of regional atlas.The designer will pay attention to what we are in information times, functional atlas may be changing in some sense. Reflect subject of the atlas, for example,is the subject of "Sustainable Development Atlas of Jiangsu Province" that reflects characteristics of resources, environment, population in Jiangsu, presents process of development, and new findings of research.New thought in compilation of regional atlas.In general, the regional atlas consists of a lot of thematic maps, most of the map compilers join relevant information to a number of pages hence producing different map and color representation methods.In our times, the maps can help the users understanding the meaning of information and conclusion by data mining knowledge discovering. New thought in technology of regional atlas.In modern atlas' design and compilation, the ideas of GIS, digital atlas, modern art, and multimedia technique can be used for reference.In conventional atlas, sound and movie cannot be expressed, but using elements of multimedia, such as characters, symbols, graphics, and images' static state vision can be effectively created with perfect result. Along with development of high and new technology in the information age, the technical problems in atlas compilation are tackled following fundamental theories and conceptions of atlas design, the quality of the regional atlas rests with innovation ability of the designer. |
