| 摘 要： | 车载激光扫描系统作为当代最先进的测量设备之一,其应用范围不断拓展,根据工作原理及测量特点,将其应用在农村集体土地确权登记发证(简称三权发证)地籍测量中,通过对成果质量进行检测验证、对地籍测量方法进行探讨,确定车载激光扫描系统应用在三权发证中可以提高工作效率和成果精度。
