摘    要:根据CHINARE 1 5航次调查数据对普里兹湾DOC与POC相互转化以及垂直迁移过程进行了初步分析。研究表明 ,在上层水体中用于DOC、POC降解的氧分别占表现耗氧量的 6 .0 %和 6 .2 % ,1 0 0m以下水体中虽然DOC的降解与表层相比有所加强 ,但仍不是非常大的规模 ,这也证明普里兹湾难降解的DOC含量较高。在 2 5m以内DOC与POC的正相关性说明在表层生成的POC部分转化为DOC ,且对DOC的贡献不容忽视

Abstract:Vertical transport and transform process of organic carbon in Prydz Bay and its adjacent sea were investigated during CHINARE 15. The results show that the oxygen utilization in upper water for degrading of DOC and POC account for 6.0% and 6.2% of SOU, respectively. Although the degrading of DOC and POC under 100m is stronger than that in upper water, it is not in large scale. This proves that the content of refractory DOC is higher in Prydz Bay. The positive correlation between POC and DOC in the water within 25m shows that part of POC produced in upper water transforms to DOC quickly, and this transformation cannot be ignored.
