| 摘 要： | 从地貌（断块山地及水系特征）、活动断裂和地震标志3个方面新构造运动的表现形式，阐述了西藏鲁玛江冬错地区新构造运动活动特征，并对晚新生代以来（尤其是早更新世以来）青藏高原地形的演化趋势进行了论述。晚新生代，尤其是早更新世以来，高原南北两侧的陆内俯冲仍然继续强烈进行，主夷平面瓦解，大型断陷盆地形成，高原整体继续强烈上升。高原主体正是经历了由此开始的新构造运动，才逐渐形成目前的地貌特征。
