| 摘 要： | 本文结合目前常用的气象软件在统计、绘图等方面存在的不足，分析了GIS在气象应用中诸多优于这些软件的功能特点，并且概括分析了GIS在气象应用领域的广阔发展前景，结合阳泉市气象防灾减灾地理信息系统的建设和山西风能资源评价项目实践，介绍了GIS在其中的应用情况。

| Abstract: | Contraposing the shortage of meteorological software in Statistic and graphical operations, some advantages and meteorological application foreground of GIS is introduced in this paper. Incidentally, some practical instances are analyzed about the GIS of Yangquan Meteorological Disaster Preventing and Reducing and the project of Shanxi Wind Energy Estimate. |
