| Abstract: | In this paper the interfacial adsorption principle and the coordination effect of surfactant are described. On the basis of this theory, a series of HNF lubricant has been developed through the experiment and trial. Meanwhile, it is revealed that anionic surfactants of the same kind have the coordination effect which can greatly improve their interfacial adsorption to steel drillstring; that the mixing and combining of anionic surfactants of different kinds make the lubricant resistant to carbonate; that the coordination of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant can improve their resistance to the contamination of Ca~(++) and Mg~(++). The comprehensive use of surfactant as lubricant of drilling fluid is also discussed. |
