| 摘 要： | 土地整理是实现耕地总量动态平衡的重要措施，是实现土地利用方式由粗放到集约型转变的重要保证；以桂西北环江县为例，通过实地调查和资料查阅，在分析土地资源个性特征的基础上，指出了现阶段西南喀斯特移民区土地资源整理的主要可行模式；并从体制、机制和法制上进一步提出了实现土地安全的主要对策。

| Abstract: | Land arrangement is an important assure to realize the dynamic balance of gross cultivated land, and is an essential guarantee to bring about the change of land use ways from extensive model to intensive model. This paper takes Huanjiang county as an example, based on investigation and statistical data,analyses the characteristics of northwest of Guangxi land resources, points out the current primarily land arrangement patterns in karst immigrant district. On the basis of which,brings forward some countermeasures of realizing the cultivated land security of Huanjiang county from systems, mechanism and legality. |
