| Abstract: | Based on analyses of numerous samples, the influencing rules of factors for controlling section size of column, such as axial compression ratio of column, inter-story displacement rotation, the maximum steel ratio of longitudinal reinforcement in column and the minimum section size for resisting shear, are studied, and the differences of factors for controlling section size of column between the new code and the old one are compared. |
