| 摘 要： | 资源与环境是当今社会面临的两大问题，是影响可持续发展的重要因素。地质环境具有资源与灾害的双重属性，不合理的开发利用将引发环境负效应，其影响具有扩散性与延滞性。本文借鉴集对论基本原理与方法，对城市化进程中地质环境的合理开发利用提出总体思路及其具体途径。

| Abstract: | Resources and environment are two problems in the world today. They are key factors interfering with sustainable development. Geological environment have double attribute of resources and calamity. Unreasonable exploitation of resources, will lead to negative environmental effect. The effect is expandable and postponable. This paper, using fundamentals and method of Set Pair Theory for reference, puts forward an overall thinking and specific way for reasonable exploitation of geological environment in the process of urbanization. |
