摘    要:基于复合桩基设计理论,针对一采用锚杆静压桩处理烂尾楼地基的工程实例,分析了基础的承载力与沉降随锚杆桩数量的变化,对设计方案进行了优化,同时,讨论了锚杆桩施工后桩与土体的荷载分担和基础整体安全度。分析表明:采用复合桩基的设计理论,可以减少地基处理需要桩数,节约经济投入。

Abstract:The design concept of composite pile is introduced into foundation treatment using jacked archor pile. The development of foundation bearing capacity and settlement with number of archor piles is also considered. Thus the plan of foundation treatment is optimized.Simuteniously, the load sharing contribution of soil and the whole safety of foundation are discussed. It is shown that the number of piles needed can be reduced, thus the investment can be saved.
