微型钢管桩用于岩石基坑支护的作用机制分析

摘    要:微型桩由于施工方便、快速在基坑工程中得到了广泛应用。以微型钢管桩-喷锚联合支护的岩石基坑工程为对象,通过数值模拟,分析微型钢管桩在岩石基坑支护中的作用机制。分析表明,当基坑地层中存在较厚的强风化岩层或性质较差的岩层时,设置在其中的微型钢管桩能有效地减小基坑水平位移,并合理调配预应力锚索的拉力,同时,微型钢管桩承受较大的弯矩和轴向压力,在设计中宜考虑微型钢管桩的有利作用,计算时应验算弯矩和轴向压力联合作用下微型钢管桩的安全性;设置在性质较好的中风化和微风化岩层中的微型钢管桩,对基坑作用很小,可考虑不设置微型钢管桩支护。

Abstract:Micro-piles have been widely used in excavations due to their convenience and simplicity in construction.Taking a certain rock foundation pit supported by combination of micro-steel-pipe piles and rock bolt support for example,supporting mechanism of the micro-steel-pipe piles is analyzed by numerical simulation.Analytical results have indicated that when thick strong weathering rock or weak rock layer exists,the micro-steel-pipe piles embedded in it can effectively decrease the horizontal displacements of the foundation pit and adjust the tension in the prestressed anchor cables;while the micro-piles can bear notable bending moment and axial compressive force.Micro-steel-pipe piles constructed in strong weathering rock layer should be considered for supporting structure design of the rock foundation pit,and capacity of the micro-piles under bending moment and compressive force should be verified.When the micro-steel-pipe piles were constructed in integrated and hard rock layers,such as intermediate or weak weathering rock layers,the micro-piles had hardly any effect on excavation of the foundation pit;so for this situation the micro-piles can be cancelled.
