| 摘 要： | 国土资源电子政务是国土资源数据中心与电子政务相结合的产物.政务系统中的安全与维护,信息共享与保密性的关系、开放性与保护隐私的关系、互连性与局部隔离的关系,是电子政务发展的关键因素。本文在分析国土资源电子政务网络结构的基础上,提出国土政务中存在的安全问题,在物理隔离安全背景下,提出解决内外网数据交换的安全岛理论。安全岛充当信息“渡船”有效地解决了国土资源电子政务中信息发布的安全问题。

| Abstract: | The E-government of land and resources is the combination product of data center of land and resources and E-government.The safety and maintenance of land and resources,the relationship between the share and the secrecy of information,the open and the protection of privacy,interlinkage and the part isolation are key factors of the development of the E-government.This paper analyzes the network structure of the E-government of land and resources.It first puts forward the security problems which exist in the E-government of land and resources,then on the background of physical isolation,brings forward the theory of safety-island to achieve the goal of interchanging data between the intranet and the extranet.The safety-island works as a ferry to be able to solve the security problem effectively during the information issuing |
