摘    要:在新形势下,企业的发展对员工素质的要求越来越高。给人力资源培训工作赋予了新的内涵,对培训的理念、模式、机制、内容等都提出了薪的要求。企业的培训工作要主动适应企业提高持续竞争力的需求,自觉加大员工培训的力度,尽快建立和完善企业知才、用才、育才体系,保证源源不断地为企业培养高素质人才。

Abstract:Under the developing situation,enterprise's demand on personnel quality is getting higher and higher.It gives per-sonnel training a new connotation,thus new requirements of training ideas,patterns,mechanisms and substances are raised.The training works of enterprise must be actively suit the needs of strengthening enterprise's sustainable competitiveness,ac-tively extending dynamics on personnel training,establishing and perfecting a talent finding,using and fostering system put to a fastest speed,to ensure continuously fostering of high quality personnel for enterprise.
