摘    要:本文用MICROTOX法测定了甲胺磷、乐果、甲基异柳磷等三种有机磷农药的生物毒性,分析了厦门近岸海域水体生物毒性及甲胺磷降解过程中的毒性变化。测定结果表明:1)甲基异柳磷对发光细菌相对发光度的抑制作用最强,乐果对发光细菌的抑制的作用最弱;2)黄厝海滩与胡里册海滩终年各月份水样发光细菌的相对发光度都在80%以上,属于低毒或无毒水平;3)甲胺磷在降解过程中毒性逐渐减小,其毒性下降幅度为:降解菌株1〉降

Abstract:The biotoxlcity of three klnds of organic-phosphorus pesticide as well as the variationsof toxicity of methamidophos during the decomposing period were determined by microtoxmethod. The toxicity of seawater samples from coastal Xiamen was analysed. The resultsare as flow: 1) Isofenphos-methyl had the strongest inhibition to the relative luminous inten-sity and dimethoate had the weakest inhibition; 2) All the seawater samples from bothHuangcuo beach and Hulishan beach was no or very weak toxicity1 The relative luminous in-tensity of any seawater samples were all above 8O% j 3) The toxicity of methamidophosdropped during the decomposing period in a range of toxicity of strain 1> strain 2> contrastgroup.
