摘    要:本文分析并报道了不同浓度Cr^6+和Cr^3+对文昌鱼的毒性效应及对文昌鱼生长的影响。结果表明,Cr^6+的毒性大于Cr^3+,其对文昌鱼的致死效应与底质有关;组织学观察发现,文昌鱼中毒器官主要是鳃、肠和肌肉;适宜浓度的Cr^6+和Cr^3+可明显地促进文昌鱼的生长。

Abstract:The paper reports the toxic effects of chromium (Cr6 and Cr3 ) at different concen-traions on amphioxus. The results showed that the toxiclty of Cr6 was higher than that ofCr3 , and the toxic effects of chromium on the animal were concerned with the in habitatsoll. The toxicity of chromium in sandy water was lower than that in nonsandy waterI thehistology observation indicated that the poisoned organs of the anima1 is cluded gill, intestineand muscle. The two species of chromium induced the gill cell to necrote, intestinal villi todrop off and muscle to wither. The toxic effects destroed the functions of the respiration,absorption and motion, and resulted in the death of the anima1 although the appropriatedosage of Cr6 and Cr3 could promote the growth of amphioxus.
