次天气尺度与天气尺度系统间动能交换的诊断分析

摘    要:本文应用低通滤波器分离天气尺度和次天气尺度运动,计算了暴雨系统中这两类运动之间的动能交换。次天气尺度运动在高空将动能转换给天气尺度,最大的动能转换发生在对流层上层300—100毫巴,500毫巴以下则相反。次天气尺度系统在动能平衡中起重要作用。这种分析方法还可用于研究大尺度运动之间的相互作用。

Abstract:A low-pass filter is used to separte the flow into a larger and a subsynoptic-cale component. Kinetic energy (KE)exchange between these two kinds of motions in the heavy precipitation systems are evaluated. The results show that the subsynoptic-scale motions play a significant role in KE balance of the flow. Subsynoptic- scale motion converter KE into synoptic-scale and acts as a "KE source" of the synoptic-scale. The maximum conversion occurs in the upper troposphere (300-100 mb).While the opposite conversion takes place below 500 mb. This study also indicates that the application of smoothing in the numerical forecast should be careful because excessive smooth will filtrate out the subsynoptic-scale motions which are very important in KE balance. The technique present in this paper can also been used to evaluate the interactions between the motions of various scales.
