| 摘 要： | 淮安市拥有丰富的岩盐资源和有利的区位优势，但随着开发强度的加大，在统筹规划、开采技术、综合利用和市场竞争方面，一些问题逐渐显现出来。就这些迫切需要解决的问题进行了探讨，提出了加强规划、促进技术进步和注重产品的深度加工等建议。

| Abstract: | Huaian city is provided with rock salt resources and favorable territorial superiority. Along with the increase of the development intensity, some issues gradually occurred in the fields of planning, mining technology, synthetic utilization and market competition. The issues are discussed and a series of proposals on strengthening the planning, accelerating the technology promotion and profound processing are advanced. |
