摘    要:对锂皂石—ZPT复合止痒去屑剂应用于洗发香波作了研究,利用锂皂石胶体解决了ZPT稳定、不沉淀的介质问题。产品具有明显的去屑止痒作用,有很好的应用价值。

Abstract:Synthetic hectorite is characteristic of very fine particle size, high gum forming property in water and colloidal thixotropy, good compatibility, recombination, thickening and cation exchange capacity, adsorbability, chemical stability as well as developing and film forming capacities. Therefore, it can meet completely the high requirements of shampoo for the colloidal medium. The hectorite treated by the couple agent is compounded with anion and amphoteric surfactant to create a good dandruff prevent reaction. The applied test of hectorite ZPT compound agent in shampoo shows that the hectorite colloid is a perfect stabilizer and antisettling agent for ZPT. And the shampoo added to hectorite colloid has a high performance in controlling dandruff and preventing scalp itch, combining with other capacities such as washing, conditioning and antistatic. So, the application of hectorite colloid in the chemical goods for daily use has a brighten future.
