摘    要:为解决在钢管桩水平静载试验中更加高效、安全和准确进行桩身内力变形测试和分析的问题,文章针对打入钢管桩中的应变传感器和测斜管分别提出实用且可靠的安装、保护和测试方法;将该方法应用于西非某码头工程,在大直径钢管桩水平静载试验中进行应力和变形测试。研究结果表明,该安装和保护方法实用且可靠,可保证水平试验过程中钢管桩的内力变形情况得到如实测试和记录,对研究分析大直径钢管桩受水平荷载时桩身弯矩和水平位移的变化情况意义重大,可为类似项目的设计和施工提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of how to test and analyze the internal force and deformation of the pile body more efficiently, safely and accurately during the horizontal static load test of the steel pipe pile, this paper proposed a set of practical and reliable installation protection and testing methods for the strain sensor and the inclinometer tube in the driven steel pipe pile. The method was applied to a wharf project in West Africa, and the stress and deformation tests were carried out in the horizontal static load test of large-diameter steel pipe piles. The results showed that the installation and protection method was practical and reliable, which could ensure that the internal force and deformation of the steel pipe pile during the horizontal test could be truthfully tested and recorded. The changes of the moment and the horizontal displacement of the pile body were of great significance for the research and analysis of the large-diameter steel pipe pile when the pile body was subjected to horizontal load bends, and could provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
