摘    要:基于"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应"(DPSIR)模型,构建了河南省区域可持续发展评价的指标体系,运用熵权法对其可持续发展状况进行评价,引入Theil系数对其进行空间解构,结果表明:1)河南省总体可持续发展能力不强且差异明显。可持续发展能力一般及以下的城市数量占河南省城市总数的94.44%,可持续发展能力较差的达到了1/3;郑州可持续发展能力较强,鹤壁可持续发展能力最弱;2)河南省区域可持续发展能力的空间差异性是由区内和区际差异共同造成的,二者贡献率相当,总体呈下降趋势;中原城市群是区内和区际差异的主要贡献者,黄淮海地区的贡献率最低;3)在区域可持续发展能力构成要素中,响应对区域可持续发展能力的影响最大,是决定性因子;驱动力对区域可持续发展能力的影响最小;基于各地市可持续发展的主要影响因素及组合情况,将其划分为压力约束型、驱动力引领型、压力支撑型、压力状态综合型及多因素共同驱动型5种类型。

Abstract:Based on DPSIR model,an evaluation index system is established. Using entropy method and Theil coefficient,the sustainable development and its spatial features of Henan Province are evaluated. The sustainable development ability of Henan Province is not strong and the difference is obvious. The proportion of cities whose a-bilities of sustainable development are below the average level is more than 94.44%,while those of the ability of sustainable development are poor reach 1/3. The sustainable development ability of Zhengzhou City is the steady-go-ing strongest,while that of Hebi City is the weakest and stable. The spatial difference of regional sustainable devel-opment ability in Henan Province is caused by regional and interregional differences which has almost the same con-tribution rate. Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration plays main role in regional and interregional differences,while the contribution rate of Huanghuaihai region is the lowest. Among the elements of regional sustainable development abil-ity,response (R)is the decisive factor which has the greatest impact on regional sustainable development capacity, while the driving force (D)is the smallest. Based on the main influencing factors and the combination of the sus-tainable development of local cities,it is divided into 5 types:pressure constraint type,the driving force leading type,the pressure support type,the pressure-state comprehensive type and the multi-factor driving type.
