| 摘 要： | 城市CBD是城市中最具活力最繁华的商务区，成为城市发展的品牌和形象，而在城市化水平较高的地区，建设区域CBD，有助于凝聚区域发展优势，提高区域服务水平．文章着眼于整个珠江三角洲的发展，在分析南沙开发的区域背景基础上，分析了区域CBD建设对珠江三角洲区域空间结构优化的重要作用，提出在南沙地区建设区域CBD的设想，分析了建设区域CBD的必要性和可能性．最后对建设南沙CBD的功能定位和发展策略进行了初步探讨．
