摘    要:针对实际工程项目邵阳县五环时代全民健身中心体育馆轻钢结构装配施工过程中的中空挤出成型混凝土外墙板(ECP)与立柱的连接问题,设计了一种拥有自主知识产权的新型预制空心墙板与立柱连接件,并应用于该工程项目当中,该连接件连接方便,可更换性强,耐磨损性能好,针对该种新型连接件进行了设计荷载下的有限元模拟分析,并考虑了与ECP外墙板在风荷载作用下的受力情况。并取一工程实例,模拟地震荷载作用,对该墙板连接件的抗震性能做了分析,为该种连接件今后的工程应用提供了一定的理论参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the connection between Extruded Cement Panel(ECP)and steel column in light steel structure assembly construction of Shaoyang center gymnasium,a new type of prefabricated ECP and steel column connector with independent intellectual property rights is designed and applied in this project.The connector has the advantages of convenient connection,strong replaceability and good wear resistance.The finite element simulation analysis of the new type of connector under design load is carried out,and the force acting on the joint of wind load and ECP exterior wall plate is considered.At the same time,an engineering example is taken to simulate the seismic load,and the seismic performance of the wall-slab connector is analyzed,which provides a theoretical reference for the future engineering application of the connector.
