| Abstract: | Combined with the contemporary application of lightning monitoring,this paper aimed to analyze the structure,working principle,and functions of the Lightning Monitoring System based on the geo-spatial framework,which merged modern surveying and mapping of geographic information technologies,and also present the more accurate and more in-depth research about lightning disasters. |
