| 摘 要： | 针对海岛空间信息的特点,分析了传统管理手段的缺陷,提出了利用多维动态GIS技术解决海岛及其周边海域三维特性和数据多源、多尺度、多时相以及海岛的历史变迁问题,并探讨了应用的关键技术,为海岛综合管理提供一个新的解决方案,提高了海岛管理的可视化、信息化、高效化和科学化. |

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of island spatial information,we analyzed the defects of traditional management methods,solved the question of island and the peripheral sea area three-dimensional character and the data comprehensively multiple source using the multi-dimensional and dynamic GIS,and discussed the key technologies used,it provided a new solution which enhanced the island management visualization,the informatization,highly effective and the scientific style. |
