| 摘 要： | 由于建设条件限制．福建霞浦洋坪隧道须从洋坪水库下部穿越。经精心勘察与评价，为设计与施工提供科学依据，目前已顺利完成施工任务。现就库区段的水文地质、工程地质勘察与评价方法进行总结。
