艾比湖湿地土壤活性有机碳及其对厌氧条件下碳分解的影响

摘    要:揭示土壤活性有机碳的特征及其与碳释放的关系对研究全球气候变化具有重要意义.本研究对艾比湖湿地不同生境土壤活性有机碳及厌氧条件下碳分解过程进行测定与分析.研究结果表明:1)不同生境土壤DOC、MBC和EOC含量分别为43.41~151.30 mg.kg-1、8.23~417.83 mg.kg-1、69.63~2376.08 mg.kg-1,平均含量分别为81.18 mg.kg-1、112.20mg.kg-1、768.59 mg.kg-1,变异系数为40.8%、91.9%和88.0%;2)不同组分土壤活性有机碳之间呈现出极显著正相关(P<0.01);3)土壤氮含量和黏粒含量是影响DOC、MBC和EOC的重要因子;4)土壤EOC是指示不同生境土壤厌氧条件下碳分解潜力的主要碳源.

Abstract:It is important to clarify the properties of soil active organic carbon and their effects on anaerobic carbon decomposition in researches about global climate change.The soil active organic carbon was measured and analyzed in different habitats of the Ebinur Lake wetlands.The results showed:soil DOC,MBC and EOC were 43.41~151.30 mg·kg-1,8.23~417.83 mg·kg-1,69.63~2 376.08 mg·kg-1,and the averaged values were 81.18 mg·kg-1,112.20 mg·kg-1 and 768.59 mg·kg-1,with variation coefficients as 40.8%,91.9% and 88.0% in various habitats.There were significant positive correlations between different groups of active organic carbon(P0.01).Soil nitrogen and clay were the key factors influencing soil DOC,MBC and EOC,and soil EOC appears to be a good indicator of anaerobic carbon decomposition.
