| 摘 要： | 根据拟建的新城大厦场地的工程地质条件和建筑物特点，通过预制桩、冲钻孔灌注桩等桩型的施工可行性、单桩承载力、经济效益等因素的对比分析，选择静压预制桩为拟建建筑物的基础，并综合分析岩土体工程性质后给出了桩基的设计参数。

| Abstract: | The procedures of which types of piles will be chosen for the foundations of the planned building--Xincheng Mansion in Zhangzhou are introduced in the text. According to the engineering geological conditions of the planned site and characteristics of the building, and through correlation analyses of construction feasibility, odd-pile bearing capacity, economic benefits for the basic types of piles like pre-fabricated piles and perfusion piles of clash drilling. It is concluded that the pre-fabricated piles of static pressure are chosen to be the best foundation type for Xincheng Mansion, and its design parameters for the pile foundations are presented based on the analysis of the engineering characteristics of the rock and soil masses. |
