摘    要:当今利用3S技术、计算机软件技术、数据库技术对土壤环境进行动态监测,不仅可以方便土地工作人员管理,还可以预防土壤中出现的各种病虫害,以提高土地的利用效率。本文基于3S技术阐述了土壤环境监测信息系统设计的总体思想、设计原则,数据库设计等内容,为土壤环境动态监测管理提供了便利。

Abstract:Today, to monitor dynamically the environment of the soil by making use of the 3S technology, the Software of computer technology, Database technology, which not only can make management easy for the workers of land, hut also can prevent the plant diseases and insect pests in the soil, so that can improve the benefit of the land. The paper expounds the overall idea of the design of the monitor information system of the environment of the soil, the principle of designing, the database of designing, and so on in detail based on the 3S technology, it prove the convenient for the management of the dynamically monitor of the environment of the soil.
