| 摘 要： | 新疆河流洪水具有陡涨陡落、泥砂含量高、突发性强等特点。冲积扇河道纵坡大，上、中游河道表现为冲刷或冲淤基本平衡，河道防护工程洪水期冲刷问题突出。河流中下游纵坡明显减缓，河道加宽变浅，频繁摆动游荡。河流纵向、横向输沙不平衡引起河势改变，引起河道冲刷崩岸及洪水灾害。通过对新疆河流、河道特征，水力学要素及河床演变、河道冲淤规律分析，根据新疆河道特点及防洪实践，提出了河道治理思路及防护工程布置方法，对不同河段防护工程设计参数的选取、河道整治建筑物的结构型式等问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Floods in Xinjiang are characterized by steep rising and falling, high content of silt, sudden strong flood etc. Alluvial river bed has a bigger profile grade while keeping balance of scouring and aggregation in the upstream and in the middle stream. The problem of scouring to flood control works is obvious during flooding periods. Profile grade in the middle stream and downstream become small while rivers bed frequent swings and shifts. Unbalanced sand moving from longitudinal section and cross section have caused river situation to be changed, river bed to scoure, thus resulting in outburst of river banks and flood disease. By analyzing the characteristics of rivers and river bed in Xinjiang, hydrologic factors, river bed development, river scouring and aggravation based on the characteristics of rivers in Xinjiang and local flood control practice, the paper provides approach of river treatment and layout methods of flood control works and discusses selection of designing factors of different parts of flood control works, structure types of flood control buildings. |
