Multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of seepage control schemes for acid waste water reservoir dam

Abstract:According to the seepage control characteristics of acid waste water reservoir dam, the seepage control scheme selecting systems are designed. From six factors of reliability, safety, economy, construction time limit, construction promptness and environmental influence, the authors study deeply these factors so that it forms a two-level measurement system. For the actual seepage control engineering, this paper presents four selecting schemes and uses dualistic factor contrast to calculate the weight of the hard index sign in each factor. A fuzzy mathematical method is used to establish hierarchy evaluation model, and the best scheme of all is found through analyzing and comparing layer by layer. The example shows that multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model takes on good feasibility and reliability.
