摘    要:综述了近年来AGB星核合成理论的研究情况,述及AGB星的结构与s-过程核合成有关的中子辐照量分布、人们比较关注的铅星与非铅星、后AGB星元素丰度分布及与AGB星核合成有关的s r星。

Abstract:In this paper a review of the theoretical investigation of nucleosynthesis and evolution of low mass AGB stars is presented. AGB stars are the source for the main component of the s-process. Some details of the s-process in AGB stars seem now to be well understood, and yet others remain a mystery, such as the mechanism responsible for the observed spread of Pb abundance of metal-poor AGB stars. The present status of post-AGB stars is also introduced. Special abundance pattern of the elements, in particular of the neutron-capture elements, is observed in some metal-poor stars recently. It shows a strong enrichment in "r" and "s" process elements. The possible origins of this abundance pattern and especially of the strong enhancement of both "s" and "r" elements are discussed. The new challenge of AGB modeling, namely the study of C-rich and s-rich very metal-poor stars, is also discussed.
