摘    要:讨论了垂直积分含水量 ( QVIL)在估测降水中的实际应用 ,并首次针对其他常规方法做了较为详实的对比实验将 QVIL与 PPI、CAPPI资料在估测降水中的应用进行了对比分析。最后 ,将 QVIL的估测降水结果与雨量站实测资料进行了比较。

Abstract:The application of Q VIL (Vertical Integration of Liquid Water) to estimating precipitation is discussed. It is the first time that the detailed comparison is made between the estimated precipitation from Q VIL ,from the conventionally used PPI and CAPPI,and the in situ measurement of raingauges.It shows that Q VIL can make use of the three dimensional characteristics of radar observations,and better than Z from either PPI or CAPPI as far as for estimating precipitation.
