| Abstract: | Based on Systematic analysis of Remote Sensing techniques, a benefit analysis model and its calculative methods are presented in this paper. They are a very powerful tool for finding out key points to increase the benefits from remote sensing and its applications and for making the development strategy, policy and planning of remote sensing. |
