| 摘 要： | 随着黑龙江省地震设备运维管理系统的应用，实现对区域内监测设备的智能管理，运维效率提高。针对智能手机使用率越来越高的特点，为了进一步提高工作效率，基于HTML5+CSS3+jQuery Mobile软件技术，开发移动端设备管理系统，使用户可以同时使用移动端与PC端，通过Web浏览器操作服务器，为工作人员提供便捷、快速的设备监测管理服务，进一步提高地震台站设备运维效率。

| Abstract: | With the application of Heilongjiang Province earthquake equipment operation management system, the intelligent management of monitoring equipment in the region is realized, and the efficiency of operation and maintenance is improved. With the boost of intelligent mobile phone usage, HTML5+CSS3+jQuery Mobile software technology is adopted for the development of the equipment management system based on mobile terminals to further improving the work efficiency. Users can use both of the mobile terminal and PC terminal servers through the Web browser, which provides a more convenient and fast monitoring equipment management services for staff, and improves the efficiency of operation and maintenance. |
