| 摘 要： | 利用Visual Basic6．0中文版和地理信息系统组件MapInfo MapX进行城市地理信息系统的开发。以齐齐哈尔电子地图为基础数据，制作城市公众地理信息系统，主要实现了地图的显示、查询功能、图形控制功能、图形编辑和维护功能、简单分析功能等。

| Abstract: | The author makes use of the Visual Basic 6.0 Chinese version and MapInfo MapX to develop the Urban Geographic Information System.This paper takes the electronic map of Qiqihaer as the fundamental data to construct Urban Public Geographic Information System.The system mainly achieves the display and search function,graphics control,edit and maintenance function and simple analysis function etc. |
