| Abstract: | The necessity and significance of the empirical comprehensive prediction of short-term earthquakes are discussed in this paper. The empirical knowledge and analysis method of strong earthquake's 3 elements in this research are briefly introduced as references of multinomial precursor analysis and strong earthquake predicton decision during short-impending period. |
