纳米多孔TiO2薄膜的合成及其光电化学性能

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶、水热合成、旋转涂覆等方法制备了纳米多孔TiO2薄膜。以扫描电镜、X射线衍射等手段,分析了不同纳米多孔TiO2薄膜的结构。通过比较不同薄膜制作的染料敏化太阳能电池性能,寻求不同方法所制备薄膜对DSC性能的影响因素。实验结果表明,旋转涂覆法所制备的染料敏化太阳能电池具有较高的光电化学性能,在50mW/cm^2的模拟光照下(AM1.5)开路电压为0.696V,短路电流为6.19mA/cm^2,填充因子为0.584。

Abstract:The nano-porous TiO_2 films were fabricated using sol-gel process, hydrothermal method and spin coating, respectively. The characteristics of those films influenced by different processing methods and processing conditions were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.The effect of the morphology of different films on the performance of DSC was studied. With the optimized film characteristics and cells~(, )processing conditions, the highest short-circuit photocurrent (I_(sc)) of 6.19 mA/cm~(2), open-circuit voltage (V_(oc)) of 0.696 V and the fill factor (f_f) of 0.584 could be obtained with the cell which was fabricated using the spin coating method under simulated solar irradiation (50 mW/cm~(2), standard AM 1.5).
