| 摘 要： | 通过对2010年3月15日02时～16日02时黑龙江省东北部出现的大范围暴雪天气过程的天气形势、影响系统、高低空急流、地形抬升、冷空气、数值预报产品等因素的综合分析,提出了产生此类暴雪天气的天气学诊断模型,以及出现预报偏差的原因进行分析。

| Abstract: | a heavy snow event occured at 02 am 15th to 02 am 16th on the 15th March,2010 in northeast Heilongjiang Province we analyzed the process of weather conditions,the affecting system,lower level jet,terrain elevation,cold air,numerical weather prediction products,and put forward such a heavy snow weather produce diagnostic model,and the cause of forecast deviation. |
