| 摘 要： | 海淀区作为北京市城市边缘区的最重要区域之一，其土地资源利用随着产业结构的变化而发生着剧烈的变化。本文研究了产业结构变化对城市边缘区土地资源利用影响的规律及原因，并以海淀区为例详细分折了其产业结构变化及对土地赛场利用的影响，结合产业结构的变化趋势分折预测了海淀区将来土地资源利用的变化。

| Abstract: | Haidian district is one of the most important urban fringe area of the Beijing city. The land use changes rapidly according to the rapid development and change of industry structure. This thesis discusses and analyses the rule and cause of change of industry structure affecting land resource use in the urban fringe, and detailedly studys the change of industry structure affecting land resource use of Haidian district, part of urban fringe of Beijing. It analyses and predicts the tendency of land resource use change in Haidian district according to the tendency of change of industry structure. |
