摘    要:地质灾害是灾害危险性对承灾体易损性综合作用的结果,减灾应从减少地质灾害的发生频率和降低其易损性入手,限于目前的科学水平,人们难以改变地质灾害的发生过程,那么降低地质灾害易损性就成为减灾的重要措施,因此进行灾害易损性评价就显得尤为重要。本文以三峡库区为研究区,选取人口密度、国内生产总值密度等指标,运用模糊综合评判对其进行了定量评估。由于各指标因子在地质灾害易损性中的作用具有模糊性,因此运用模糊模型进行评价具有一定的意义。将库区地质灾害易损性程度划分为4个等级,研究结果表明,三峡库区地质灾害易损性程度总体较高。易损度较高的地区应强化减灾意识、调整人口结构以及加大防灾投入,以降低本地区的地质灾害易损性。

Abstract:Geological calamities is a comprehensive result from risk of hazards and vulnerability of disaster bearers. It is necessary to identify methods for minimizing the manifestation of geological disaster condition and reducing disaster vulnerability. With the limit of modern science technology, it is especially difficult to change courses of geological disasters. Therefore lower- ing geological disaster vulnerability is regarded as a primary measure of decreasing of calamities. Then it is significant to assess disaster vulnerability. By means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the quantitative disaster vulnerability assessment to Three Gorges Reservoir Area was made by selecting a series of indexes, such as population density, GDP density and so on. Fuzzy method is significant to evaluate disaster vulnerability because the indexes are fuzzy in forming disaster vulnerability. The vulnerability degree were divided into four grades, and the result is that the geological disaster vulnerability degree of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is high, In the areas with higher vulnerability, it should be mentioned that intensifying consciousness to prevent hazards, modulating population structure and increasing bankroll for decreasing disaster in order to reduce disaster vulnerability of the local area.
