摘    要:本文报道了摘除眼柄对中华绒螯蟹精巢发育及其氨基酸含量的影响,实验分成两组,即摘除眼柄实验组和对照组。结果表明:对照组粗巢内生殖细胞种类多,各期的生殖细胞都有,与之比较,实验组的种类少,只有精子期细胞,说明摘除眼柄可促进精巢发育,加快精子的形成,并使精巢发育同步化,摘除眼柄对精巢氨基酸含量有一定的影响,本文探讨了中华绒螯蟹性早熟可能的机制。

Abstract:The effect on testis development and the variation of amino acid content in Eriocheir sinensis by eyestalk ablation was studied in this paper. The experimental crabs, which were taken from Baiyangdian Lake, were divided into two groups by random, that are experiment group and control group. Results show that in the control group, there are spermatogium, spermatocyte I, spermatocyte II, sperm cell and spermatozoon in the testis, but in the experiment group, there is sperm cell or spermatozoon in the testis. That indicates that the testis development was promoted and spermatogensis was accelerated and then the testis development was synchronized after the eyestalk was ablated. As compared to the control group, the amino acids content had some changes in the experiment group. At the same time, the mechanism of the sexual premature was disccussed in this paper.
