| 摘 要： | 从法律的角度审视土地石漠化现象防治，并分别从立法角度和法律解释的层面进行论证。建议对现行有关法律法规进行修改和法律术语重新定义，在实施中积累经验，当时机成熟以后，再进行专门的土地石漠化立法防治。这既符合立法规定，也符合立法效益原则。此外，文中还从法律生态化的角度，对有关土地石漠化的法律法规用语从概念上进行了统一。
