| 摘 要： | 本文从经济发展角度,分析我国矿产资源现状和形势,阐明矿产资源在建设小康社会和实现可持续发展中的地位和作用,指出我国矿产资源发展存在的主要问题,提出解决上述问题的办法和实现小康目标、保障矿产资源可持续发展的基本对策.

| Abstract: | From the degree of economic development, the authors analyzed the present situation of mineral resources in our country, expounded the position and effect of mineral resources in building up a comfortable society and realizing sustainable development, pointed out some existing problems in China mineral resources development, proposed some methods to solved some problems mentioned above and a basic countermeasure for realizing a goal of the comfortable society, ensuring sustainable development of mineral resources. |
