| 摘 要： | 地籍管理信息系统的建设目标要求地籍数据库中的数据具有准确性、完整性，数据的质量成为数据库建立成功与否的决定因素。在城市地籍建库工程实践的基础上，从空间数据的数学基础、位置精度、属性数据、逻辑的一致性、完整性与正确性、附件质量等方面，探讨了城市地籍建库中有关质量控制问题，并提出了相应的质量控制的方法和措施。

| Abstract: | The goal for cadastre management information system request its data having accuracy and integrity. The data quality is key to the database building. On the base of practice for urban cadastral database en- gineering, the paper discussed the quality controls in the urban cadastral database development for math precision, position precision,property data,logic consistency,integrity and accuracy,accessories quality, the methodologies and measures for quality controls were presented in this paper. |
