| Abstract: | On the basis of concluding the study results of Wind Overturning Loads on the mobile offshore platforms,some problems in calculating the wind over turning loads according to rules of classification society are analyzed.The computer program for calculation of cross curves of wind overturning movement is presented and calculation results are given in this paper. |
