| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了推动海水运动的基本原动力－风应力的传统测量方法，指出其误差较大的缺点，提出一种新的测量风应力的方法，并在实验中加以比较验证，证明了此种方法的可行性，其精度更高，且具有操作方便，容易观测的特点，是实验室研究风应力的好方法。

| Abstract: | After discussing the shortcoming of bigger error that the traditional method of wind stress measurement possess, a new method-lean water surface method is provided. By experiment and testing, it is showed that the method is a good way to measure wind stress in laboratory. It is accurate in measurement and easily in operation. |
